Hello Sweet Soul,

I’m Darian Aviles, and one of the first things I want you to know is that I am just as human as you are.

I struggle with things just like every human does, and I know how beautiful, complicated, and painful life can be. While our stories may not be the same, I believe deeply that no one should have to go through the hardest chapters of their life alone.

Green background with leafy accents, gold cursive text reading 'For people who have been strong for too long,' and a detailed gold and white butterfly on the right side.

Enduring Soul was created for the ones who carry the weight of the world, who put others’ needs before their own, who have learned to make themselves small to keep everyone else comfortable.

I see you.

I am a survivor of domestic violence and a single mother to a young son. My lived experiences have shaped not only who I am, but also the compassion, authenticity, and intention I bring into the therapy room.

I understand that healing is rarely simple or linear. I understand that a person can be incredibly strong and still need support. My experiences don’t make me an expert on your story. You do. My role is to bring my clinical training, therapeutic experience, and humanity into the room while helping you better understand yours.

A Space to Be Fully You

My approach is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and honest. I’m not here to judge you or tell you who you should become. I want therapy to be somewhere you can finally stop performing.

Clients describe me as compassionate, empathetic, understanding, and accepting while also being direct and willing to challenge them when needed. I believe in a balance of listening, education, and practical tools — always meeting you where you are. This is your healing, and you set the pace.

Online Therapy in Texas & Connecticut

A graphic design featuring a handwritten note with a floral border, accompanied by four Polaroid-style photographs of a woman with a child walking in a field, a candle and books, daisies in a field at sunset, and a mountain road at sunset.

I offer online therapy throughout Texas and Connecticut to make support more accessible and convenient. Whether you’re on your couch, in your favorite chair, or finding a quiet corner of your day, you can show up exactly as you are.

We can use traditional talk therapy, EMDR, or a combination of approaches depending on what you need. And if I’m not the right therapist for what you’re looking for, I will always be honest and try to connect you with someone who is.
